Problems

There will always be problems.

You can let them destroy you, or you can try to solve them.

Not every problem has a solution or at least a solution that you have control over.

There are some problems you can’t fix.

You have to accept them and move on.

Sometimes the problem brings us the solution. Maybe not the solution we want but a solution.

“The impediment to action advances action. What stands in the way becomes the way.” – Marcus Aurelius, Meditations 5.20

Sometimes the obstacle is the way.

The problem pushes you in a whole new direction.

No matter what, going over problems endlessly never seems to make them easier.

Gripping harder on an issue rarely if ever brings you a solution.

“But when you’re struggling, trying to gain control by gripping tighter is rarely the right move. It adds more tension.” – Brian Kight, Daily Discipline newsletter

Let go.

Relax. Breathe. Be Present.

Often you have to let go to find the solution.
